“ Fast service and great flavor. Casual dining. I just wish the tablets you can order from at the table is movable for easier access. I love that everyone gets their own hotpot bowl to cook in and can get their own broth flavor. I also love that you can add your name on the wait list using Yelp! They get busy on weekends and lunch hours. ”
“ My first time at GoGi was with my friends, she has been in the restaurant so she knows how it goes. There's a lot of parking lot since it's a free space, we are able to patk right in front of the restaurant. When you come in, there will be a person who will welcome you and tell you where you will be during your 'party'. The place is good, they have a spacious and comfortable place to eat. Food is good, I love the steak, Japanese Miso, and Creamy Milk for HorPot! Fish tofu is perfect! Bulgogi with my own version of sauce is perfect with lettuce too! I was able to convince my Aunt, Uncle, Dad and my cousin to come and try the food. Will definitely come back soon! ”
“ Wei, Auntie lie here. Ready for my honest review?! Ready?! Set!!! Goooooo! Okay. Well... ;( The waiters could benefit from a bit more training in being attentive and ensuring that everyone is well taken care of and has everything they need. It might be helpful for the waiters to take a class on how to be more DEMURE and MINDFUL. Haha. ANYWEI. On a lighter note, the food here is incredible! I love the quality of the cuts, the marinade, and the generous portions. The options and variety of soup bases are fantastic! Oh my! You really get the best of both worlds with the Korean BBQ and Hotpot! The soup bases were amazing. I don't remember exactly what I ordered, but I'm confident everything on the menu is delicious! ;)) - Auntie Lie. ”
“ Must try place if you love hotpot and Korean bbqs. This place is huge and the table are spacious to accommodate all the options that comes with your order of hotpot +bbq. With every round you get to order 6 choices of meats, seafood (including crab), veggies etc. service was attentive and prompt. We absolutely enjoyed our time here and don't forget to grab a cup of complimentary ice-cream on your way out :) ”
“ Interesting place that has promise. I really wanted to love this place since it's close by, and there are some positives and negatives. On paper, the ordering process is amazing. You can just use the tablet to order and keep the food going. However, the tablet is at the end of the table, which means only 2 people can access it. They have to stop eating, drinking, or cooking to tend to everyone's needs. Not only that, with the way tables are, it's kind of an awkward reach toward them. I wish there was more than 1 tablet at the table, and it would make dining with groups way more easy. I like the fact that you get both hot pot and KBBQ for just a small charge extra. That is awesome, and everyone gets an individual pot. It allows everyone to have their own tastes and preferences. The meat itself was just fine, on the KBBQ side. Didn't blow me away, but that's fine. Quantity sometimes is more important in these settings, and high quality is just a bonus. I wasn't dissatisfied though. I liked it. The awkward tablet positioning and consistently having to interrupt whoever happens to be closest to the tablet isn't great. If that were fixed, it'd be much better. There also is a time limit, which is fine, but for large groups, I can see that being a deterrent. Especially if they remind you when it's not too busy. ”
“ First time at this place or any hot pot restaurant. I had the experience here. All you can eat and lots of different food to choose from. It felt like we were camping out and cooking it fresh right on your table. I will definitely come back here again very soon ”
“ Get the kimchi soup base! If you were debating on another soup base, just get the kimchi soup base. Likeee really just get it, it's so good. I've came here a few times and have tried different soup bases each time but I felt bad having to switch one of them to the kimchi because it's so good and the experience here would be so much better with it. I've never tried the kbbq, but their meat quality is pretty good so I'd assume it's just as good as the hotpot. They have a sauce bar in the back to make your own and give out appetizers in the beginning. The lunch AYCE menu is affordable and so worth, but are missing some of the favs from dinner menu. I definitely recommend coming here if you're in Elk Grove. The service, however, can be improved because we didn't get checked on as often and had to wait or call on our waiter if we wanted to order more or to get our check. Still, great place and am always happy to come here for a big back date lols. ”
“ Our favorite hot pot spot! Servers are always friendly & typically really fast. Like my other reviews... the spot is vibey! & their music choice is top tier haha. They have a good variety of broth to choose from - we typically get the spicy tofu. Delish! They have a good amount of toppings to choose from, the meat is quality & their sauce bar is perfect. You also get a thing of ice cream at the end of your meal. Our fav spot. We try to go every time we're in Elk Grove. ”
